International study

This study was conducted in collaboration with the Population Health Research Institute (PHRI) in Canada. PHRI commissioned the study. The University Medical Center (UMC) Utrecht coordinates the study in the Netherlands. The study was conducted by physicians and researchers in the Netherlands and abroad. A grant was awarded by ZonMw as part of the GGG program (Good Use of Medicines).
